Birthday Pickachu

i was looking at the events on Serebii.net and i saw a pickachu that was given out at the 20th birthday party of nintendo power and what suppries me is that it is a male and it knows surf! so i was wondering if it will be possible to bread and the baby will know surf or does the classic ribbon and cherish ball stop that.

I'm pretty sure you can breed it but as for knowing surf that's only exclusive to the bday pikachu not the kids.

Uhhhhh you know you can get a pikachu that knows volt tackle, tail whip surf, and thunderwave from Pokemon battle revolution.
