This is completely a smexy breed.
There aren't many good places to hatch this dude, but i would say Fight/Battle Area definetly.

Eterna Forest/City and Twinleaf Town are the only I can think of for him. Maybe Flower Elyisum, the place where you catch Shaymin.

Would this be a good Torterra to use? It's already at lv 50, and I know the SpD IV's aren't really that good.
