:/ It really isn't a good moveset at all for Gliscor. He is a physical wall with a half decent attack stat and pretty decent speed (as far as walls go anyway). Along with that OHKO moves (Gullotine) is banned in competitive play.

For a moveset, go with the standard:

Roost
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Ice Fang.

Simple & effective.

It depends, what nature is your gligar/gliscor?

I'd go with Jolly Nature
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Ariel Ace
Swords Dance

On that set you've listed JSP, I'd probably drop aerial ace in favour of Ice Fang and throw on Rock Polish over SD too. Give him life orb and he'll hand out damage for sure.

Although both are flawed in my eyes (your set & my edited set of yours), when there are better pokemon for the job that you're asking him to do.

With Jolly nature?? That makes better sense. Since ice pretty much covers everything flying can.

Yes, I know, but what does that have to do with the price of fish?

I'm also thinking a good moveset for gligar/gliscor, and I'd go with this:

EQ
Stone Edge
Fire/Ice/Thunder Fang
Poison Jab

Or replace any move with Roost.

I wouldn't go with Guillotine, cuz if it misses, it might be fatal.

Train it for ATK, HP and DEF so you get a Tank. Also you should think that if you breed it, it's good that baby knows good moves since it's born, so plan carefully how do you train it and what moves do you teach it.

Poison Jab on Gliscor is horrible. Poison doesn't have good coverage anyway and what coverage it does have it often covered by Ice or Fire, which both have so much more coverage. The only place a poison type move would be worthwhile would be something with STAB to back it up, but even then, I'd look at alternatives.

Gliscor
EVs: HP and Def
Impish Nature

Ability: Sand Veil
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-Roost
-Knock Off/Stealth Rock

excellent physical wall and also has very good Speed and Attack
compared to other walls. Earthquake and Aerial Ace are for STAB and provide
good coverage against many different opponents. Roost keeps it healthy. Knock
Off and Stealth Rock are good support options.

It gets rocked by ice what else can I say, find a better pkmn? lol

And if I was going to make one I'd use this moveset, items, and evs.

Gliscor - Impish (if you go swords dance)/Adamant (if you go double team)
EV trained Def/HP
Item: Brightpowder

Earthquake
Swords Dance/Double Team
Aerial Ace
Ice Fang/Roost

I would use this pkmn in accordance with another pkmn that uses sandstorm IE Hippowdon/Tyranitar

Sure Brightpowder is "banned" But that's just the lame restrictions put on battling by kids who cry too much. The item is in the game why shouldn't you be allowed to use it? It's not coming from an outside system or being hacked onto the game so it should be legal to use.

With this item and a sandstorm you come into play with a 65% chance of being hit I believe. (I may be off on my math there) Plus with the double team (another move kids cry about WHY DO YOU THINK THEY MADE MOVES THAT CANT MISS DURH) that drops their chance of hitting you tremendously.
