Technically, all Shiny Legendaries are hacked unless it is from an event. But it looks legit, so It IS legit

uh not all shiny legendaries are hacked... The 3 Regi's in Hoenn can be caught shiny, they're not hacked.., So can:
Mewtwo Deoxys Entei Suicune Raikou Uxie Azelf Dialga Giratina Groudon Kyogre Mesprit Cresselia Darkrai Etc...

Likely. If it came from XD it would be from 'Distant Land'. The only way to get it in Hoenn is an event for Pokemon Emerald.

Every shiny legend is hacked. I got banned for trading shiny deoxys so yea and rage check my thread

there all not hacked they can be legit
it looks fake but its hard to tell if it legit or fake the ot is in a jap name so i cant read it

No matter what game a poke was migrated from, it will still reflect where it was caught. No poke can be migrated from XD for example, but I have a Lugia that came from "Distant Land"
