Source? If your only source is the picture from Serebii, that's her own personal Celebi. If you look closely, it says it was at level 50 when she got it, which contradicts your statement. It doesn't get you a Celebi, just a star on your Trainer Card.

Some of the new movesets that came with HG/SS are just so awesome.

My favorites are Anti-Lead Dragonite, SDing/Aqua Jet Gatr, and Super Fang Crobat. They are just so good! There's quite a few more good pokes, but those are the ones that stick out in my mind.
