Pokemon Ranger Shadows Of Almia Question

Just started wondering, when the game comes out, it already has 2 events that lasts until January 31st of year 2009.
It comes to Europe at 21st November 2008, so I started wondering: Are the events avaible despite of the version, either in USA or Europe versions? Can I still download the Events even though I get the European version?

probably not as i think that european an U.S. codes for things like events are different.
this also i think is the reason that the release date is different in places.
i remember in the old ranger game there was seceret missions the were unlockable with a code and i found the U.S one easily but i found that the U.S and E.U codes are different so i spent ages trying to find the european code.
so i don't think the events would be available
