Wobufet was an uber because it waas very abusable.
but know knowones uses it, so it dropped down to the Limbo tier which smogon created for speed-form deoxys and wobufet but know both of them are in the OU teir.

According to Smogon, Wobbs is now OU and thats the tier I think he should be in.
