doexys-e had so many movesets.. that's why he was truly overbalancing.

and people have been complaining about garchomp forever. this isn't recent.
but the ban is over a month old now.

also rayquaza, latios, latias, giratina, palkia, dialga are all dragon legendaries ;/

I don't really understand why. I've never had any problems countering it.... doesn't really seem much of a threat in my opinion. I don't really care that it's Uber since I don't use it myself... just don't understand why they've moved it.

smogon shouldnt even name what tiers pokemon are they aint a official pokemon creator of the game

I never encountered enough Deoxys-S to say I had a problem. A lot of the time, they are simply sorted out with the ever impressive Yanmega (IMO opinion anyway).

Tiers have been updated to show this change.

I'm not happy about it I was actully going to start working on a deoxys speed. Now I can forget about it. Honestly I thought it always should have been uber. It's extremely fast.
