Predictions for the 5th Generation

What about more man-made pokemon. Mewtwo and the porygon lineage are results of human attempts at artificial pokemon, so there should be more others like them waiting to be discovered.

There should be another branch evolution for pikachu similar to the eeveelutions since Raichu is kind of weak.

Dunno if anyone has said before this (I couldn't be bothered going through all the pages), but they should make attacks that actually are two different types. It would open a whole new strategy to the game

I think they may introduce pokemon cross breeding. There have been so many fusion spriters (like me) that make them all the time. If Ninty did it right, It would really work out!

i was wondering apparently there was some rumor of that there was a 5th gen in pokemon movie 12 is this true and if anyone knows were can i watch it?

but also my predictions is that they may try to turn it into a 3d which would be cool on some levels but over all they probaly wouldn't pull it off

Yea, there are already 3 moves just begging for this sort of treatment...
Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, and Ice Punch. They're just begging to be fighting and their other element right from day one.

I'm certain there are other moves that this could work for as well but I can't think of them at the moment. :/

(I don't think this thread has brought that up yet and I would know if such a great idea would of been up before since I've been to this thread so many times. )

If there is no sneak peak of a 5th generation pokemon in movie 12 then I am almost sure that there will be no 5th generation.

also dizzy punch could b psychic fighting and the fang attacks u kno fire fang ice fang and thunder fang could be dark and what ever the element is

i keep hearing there isnt going to be a 5th gen but pokemon makes to much money not to have a 5th generation and to keep it going and also what i think is theres so many elements or stones to name it after and if werse comes to werse they have natural disaters to name it after pokemon HURRICANE or pokemon TORNADO or pokemon BRUSH FIRE like the theme deck remember that one or pokemon TYPHUNE or pokemon TSUNAMI
or anything i mean pokemon is endless even the pokemon them selves have NO limit any one who disagrees i think every one else will beg to differ cause u go on u tube u can see so many different sprites of pokemon people make
but yea also i have a idea we all hate bug pokemon their to weak but what if we had a bug legendary story where it was just evil and all bug pokemon looked away and vowed to not act like it or something
or even just a pownsome bug type legendary
or like every one else has said a only flying type legendary or ice legendary vs a fighting legendary story line
or something but yea yall get the point pokemon has NO limits

Exactly, Pokemon is like Mario in the sense that it's too profitable to just throw to the side and if they keep doing spin-offs, I don't know about you, but eventually I'm not gonna buy them. In fact I've already decided to boycott the 3rd Mystery Dungeon because it's too much like the last version.

Yes it shall be annoying to have 1,000+ or so Pokemon but that why we buy Pokemon isn't it?

Anyways I think they should try something different in the next generation.... take half the new gen Pokes and put them in a 3D adventure game like Pokemon XD or that. They don't have to use Shadow Pokemon but something different from the standard collect gym badges, beat-up bad guys, become the champion sort of thing. Perhapse maybe a boy becomes a land's only hope of keeping a new gen legendary from destorying the land or something like that. :/

Then they can plop the rest of the new gens in the same game we buy over and over again... of course you could trade between the two (or three since Pokemon games always seem to come in pairs with a spin-off middle child about 1/2 a year later or so.)
