Predictions for the 5th Generation

What do you all think/hope will be inproved in the 5th generation? Please be specific and realistic; don't say "They'll make the wi-fi better" and don't say "The game will make a life-sized hologram of the pokemon you use when you are playing a link battle"


I predict that you will have the option of voice commands for your pokemon's attacks. They already have a mike on the DS, so why not?

I predict the shadow of your character won't be a simple circe, and it will widen when you use the bike.

I hope they make a light type. I can see it now, a Dragon/Light type legendary that's supposed to be a Sun legendary. It could have the Speed Boost ability too.
That would be a nice premise. A Light/Dragon type fighting a Dark/Dragon type at the end of the game. You fight the winner (You're version's pokemon) then you get to fight the loser after the pokemon league.

edit: did some searching and that thing is very old and very fake. it was rumored to be in mystery dungeon 2 and... well it's finally out now and no hejiru

i've always wondered why there wasn't a light type. psychic in a sense fills that role, but anyways...

what do you think light type would resist/be weak to and be not very effective and super-effective against?

if at all light type comes up i think it would be supereffective against dark type(as light vanishes darkness) and weak against psych type(as psychic power would move light).this is all my imagination folks!

Well I was thinking Light would be super effective to Ghost, Poison and Dark types. Fire, Dragon and Psychic resist them and every thing else takes neutral damage or something like that. Light types could be weak to Dark (Both are super effective towards each other) and a few other types. Can't think of anything right now.

If the last few generations are anything to go by, we would've seen a 5th gen poke a LONG time ago if there was.

And what can possibly top Arceus, the god of Pokémon. XD

i don't see how just because the god of pokemon was revealed that they can't make any more.


i mean they revealed the first pokemon (mew) and never really "topped" that until now.


and they've said there are tons of pokemon out there that just are from different regions. the regions of kanto, johto, etc. are modeled after a very small portion of japan. they still have the rest of it, then the whole world to go.


if it makes money, they will keep going with it forever.
