So Fire Blast is for Bronzong. Draco Meteor is for Gengar (since if a flygon outruns a gengar it's obvious that it's scarfed so my opponent will switch to something strong against dragon attacks making the sp.att decrease pointless) U-turn is for Azelf. Stone Edge is for Gyarados (If I get lucky with a critical hit I get a one hit KO) U-Turn if for Tyranitar then I'll switch into Lucario and SD on the switch. Stone Edge is for Ninjask. Stone Edge is for Yanmega. Aero is a bit of a problem, since SR is inevitable but not sure if stone edge can kill him. Draco Meteor is for Mence. And stone edge is for Crobat

and you should probably do calcs for those common leads to see how effective he'll really be against them
(tyranitar, gyarados, bronzong seem to be your likely tough leads who may not fall into the OHKO range)

and will you be able to outspeed a modest mega after a speed boost?

What is the nature hahah....Cause if it's modest... Stone Edge would be a waste, but I understand U-turn due to flygons speed.
