How do you like my team? I am not very good at deciding items and I am like in love with adamant nature as you can see.

toxicroak and porygon-z need abilities.

and aerial ace is terrible on p-z since it's physical.
ice beam gives him a nice bit of coverage along with thunderbolt, so i'd go with that.

i'd completely redo metagross and milotic (just my opinion)

iron tail's accuracy is reeeeaally low and steel's coverage is terrible. without STAB i don't recommend steel... even with stab, i don't recommend iron tail.
i'd go with earthquake or fire fang (or even fire blast) to take care of steels.
and i don't recommend roost unless you give him a more bulky spread. since you've EV'd him to be a sweeper, go with dragon dance or one of the above-mentioned moves to replace iron tail.

toxicroak is good, but focus band is generally included in the hax item clause. go with focus sash or life orb.




other than that, you have a huge ice weakness and a specsjolt with HP Ice can really do some damage to your team.

porygon z ability is download.
I can redo metagross because I am not sure how to make him but Milotic seems good to me like that for an annoyer.

he doesn't seem much of the 'annoyer type'
If you had a nice Crobat, you could hypnotise and then U-turn into Milotic.
Then, Thunderwave>Toxic. Use Twave and then set up your Sub/Aqua Ring.
For Milotic, watch out for water/grass types that could easily stop her.

I am not really sure what annoyer is any ways but these were my plans as milotic. Raise Hp and Sp def and def to allow milotic to survive more attacks. Then with the item leftovers and the move aqua ring milotic will get life back every turn and with toxic the opponent will be left fighting away my substitute.

I know I am not all that great at making teams so thats why I ask people to rate my teams so I can get better. I like peoples advice but and I am horrible with choosing their items.

That's called a Toxic stalling pokemon not an annoyer
Aqua ring + leftovers doesn't give you enough HP to hold of most pokes
Let alone stand there while waiting for toxic to kill your opponent = /

I know that thats why I also put water pulse so that it has a chance of confusing the opponent.

Personally using hypnosis would be much easier

Did you ever think of putting on a flame orb on it to activate marvel scale and increase milotic's defense?
I don't know just a suggestion

I have tried that before and it badly lost. I think that if I could toxic and confuse the opponent then they could probably lose to milotic.

flame orb doesn't work. if you want to activate marvel scale, go with rest and sleep talk.
