Hmm all water pkmn well I don't use legends so here's what I thought of
Milotic - Bold EV Trained Def/Sp Defense Hypnosis Surf Ice Beam Recover Poliwrath - Careful EV Trained Attack/Special Def. Item: Leftovers Hypnosis Bulk Up Waterfall Earthquake Omastar - Modest EV Trained Sp Attack/Speed Item: Wise Glasses Hydro Pump Ice Beam Rain Dance Ancient Power/Earth Power (If you have Platinum I'd use this.) Blastoise - Careful EV Trained Defense/Sp Defense Item: Leftovers Seismic Toss Aqua Jet Mirror Coat Counter Kabutops - Adamant EV Trained Attack/Speed Item: Life Orb (if you go rain dance)/Focus Sash(If you go Swords Dance) Rain Dance/Swords Dance Rockslide/Stone Edge Waterfall Earthquake/X-Scissor/Night Slash Starmie!!!! - Timid EV Trained Sp Attack/Speed Item: Focus Sash Ice Beam Surf Thunderbolt Psychic Ludicolo - Bold EV Trained Defense/Sp Defense Item: Leftovers Rain Dance Leech Seed Energy Ball Surf On the ludicolo I went with Rain Dish but you can go with Swift Swim both aren't bad. And of Course Swift Swim on both the Omastar and Kabutops

Most Starmies have Life Orb
Starmie is more of a late game/bulkyish sweeper so I don't see much a point in putting focus sash on it. Stealth rock destroys all Focus Sashed pokemon, I recommend only using focus sashes on lead pokemon. Btw you might want a little diversity on your team besides water types. Basically any electric pokemon kills that team.....and less commonly grass. Maybe use electivire so it can absorb electric attacks and sweep.
