Do You Think There Will Be a TWEWY 2?
TWEWY is the best game on the DS (IMHO) and definitely deserves a sequel!
Do you think that The World Ends With You will have a sequel? If so what do you think it's gonna be about? I think there will be, maybe not with the same characters, but definitely the same gameplay style. |

There wasn't much of an opening that a sequel could be built off. Didn't TWEWY end when
Or was it only for Neku? If that's the case, then I'd love to see a sequel. New characters would bring up a Kingdom Hearts feel, sort of like Roxas and Namine. Although I can't think of an idea that is more compelling than a complex story like the first installment provided. Maybe the different realms could be explored?

I have a feeling that TWEWY was meant to be a kingdom hearts game, but was too orrigional, so they just made it a new title. In that regards I think that the physics, and play mechanics will return in a new kingdom hearts, but TWEWY doesnt have a "sequil-able" story.
Even if there was a sequil, I doubt neku would be in it... Still I'd like to see one if square is up for it. |

The only way I can think of how the sequel can work with the characters is if part 2 is based in a parallel world like in "Another Day" to the main TWEWY. Like a certain someone wrote in the secret report there are multiple worlds and with the right resource, it's possible to travel between them.

it would be awsome if it had a sequael that game was awsome i think it deserves one. im not really sure what it would be about because of the way the game ended

Holy crap that would rule!
A sequel wouldn't be that hard, story wise, imo. I think the boss guy even mentioned somthing about there being other UGs outside of Shibuya, with their own different rules n stuff, so a quick change in setting, and there ya go.

TWEWY, was to put it short amazing! If there was a sequel I think It would revolve around Shiki, and Ryhme! I think since they both were short story-lines there would be more events to add on to. Ohh, or Joshua. Joshua though an anti neku, could definently make a sequel possible. I'd personally be shocked if they didn't give Joshua, or Shiki their very own spin-off game.

i would love a WEWY with online mode for the disc slammers or shops to sell clothes, accessories or maybe the ability to craft your own brand. that would be awesome.
WEWY is my game of the decade pretty much and i hope they make a sequel or at least a spiritual successor
