DSi Security Broken
 Word broke late last week that the newly released DSi was incompatible with all flash cart models, but it seems that Nintendo’s security efforts were in vain. Yasu of YSMenu fame already has managed to run homebrew code on the handheld, a mere three days after its release in Japan. Above is a video clip of him running a simple application, which displays the text “Hello World” in a floating box across the screen. Specifics on how this feat was achieved are sketchy at the moment, but the author does make mention of potentially developing a PSP-esque custom firmware on his blog. For more information please click the link. There is a video demonstration and his blog within the source. I find this pathetic that already Nintendo's DSi can have homebrew ran on it. Maybe there is hope for flashcarts.

Well I was off by about 12 days,lol...I gave it 2 weeks b4 this happened.
Well there ya go for all the ones that thought my comments were out of line and whatnot. I will repeat it again...NOT SONY..NOT NINTENDO can stop hackers. @jawa...yep that's what they do. If u bring home something from the store(a fan maybe) and u have the technical knowhow to make it work better..ei: faster speeds or variable speeds,so maybe it will last longer ect..wouldn't you change it from its original form?? Or u don't want to be a "hacker"??(yea I know hacker doesn't apply here im just saying to keep it in context) Doesn't have to be a fan..maybe your car...make it get from 20mpg to 43mpg..point is if u know to make something better why not?
