I would really like some way to accept the security things that public hotspots usually make you accept before being able to access the internet.

Theres really no point having that becaue the Intenet is right on the DSi and a facebook, Twitter app would take up alot of space and it would cost lot of money to make

no it wouldn't, the wii has virtual console natively, no hacking required

It will be just like the wii in the wii shop channel. Just on the DSi shop channel.
