DesertDog of Multiple Option has put together an old visual novel of sorts and released it on the DS. The Legend of Zelda: Molblin's Magic Spear was a children's book, officially published by Nintendo. Its story took place during the events of The Legend of Zelda, and was supposedly a minor adventure Link had while on his quest to rescue Princess Zelda. As well as the DS book DesertDog has also made a video version with narration by Winter11 and music from Ocarina of Time.

Well i dont know WHY, but i got it.
i never read a book on ds and this was quite kool
but then i found out you can just download it and put it on your ipod.

Huh, well this is interesting. When I saw the title I thought it sounded similar to another book I had seen. But when I saw the artwork in the video it hit me. It reminded me of another old LoZ book, The Shadow Prince, which was the second of this Adventure series.

I think It's pretty cool that these old spinoff stories are being ported to the DS. I can now relive some of my childhood, thnx Mara!
