well, you must have this persons Friend code. You must both add each other. then one will open a room and the other will join.

It's lucky i guess. If you go to continental/worldwide, you could find someone to 1on1 against. Or just play with your friends.

add someones Friend code then create a room wait for them to add you and they joinyour room and you start the race, its Luck if you get a 1vs1 on Worldwide/Continential.
