This means you will have no idea unless you know what all other players have unlocked. I think that makes it random.

Pretty sure its random. But its more fun that way. Even though i cant stand 100cc or mirror mode, its still fun when its random, makes the game more awesome! XD

its "random" But if you have noobs with like 5000 or lower it will ALWAYS be 100cc.

I know this because i have been in many rooms and i tested it. I was in a room with a 4000 noob once, and the rest were 9000+ (including me) and for the 15 races i was there it was always 100cc ._. which is so slow .-.
