Trying to brainstorm ways in order to bolster activity in the MKW forum.

Ever since a couple of months ago, there has been a decline of activity in this section. I want to attempt to revive this section, along with many others. However, the only way to do that is to brainstorm many ideas that would result in doing so. Here are my first thoughts:

MKW site wars?
More frequent MKW tournaments?
A weekly competition league similar to MKWRL?

I'm sure there are many more ideas we could possibly implement, so let's discuss .

I agree. The Mario Kart Wii Forum is pretty dead nowadays. I suppose it's just because we've made pretty much a thread for every topic, so nobody is making threads any more, which means nobody comes here. Maybe we should erase every thread so as to start fresh for newer Mario Kart Wii users. Just an idea.

I have to agree with Visto. When a forum section starts to go dead, I don't really think there's a way to increase it... and with Stephen being gone that's just gunna make things worse.

Bringing back NP VR would be a good start. [:
We just need someone dedicated to updating it frequently.

Some weekly events may help as well.
Such as an individual "territory war" league.

we've already had many tournaments just they arnt so active a League is more fun

We need more active & new racers before we start hosting wars, tourneys ECT.

MKW is still very much alive.


Hosting a few NP's late night races and having someone post them on Youtube (Good quality) would be a great way to atract more members.

People are just interested in other games more. *coughbrawlcough* but yeah many people still play it, vut everything is prett much dead here.

If people here just dont like the game, then im not sure if activity could increase, but we could give it a shot. more tourneys, and a weekly even would be good.

we can't do it.
sure, we can delete all the threads but then people would loose hundreds of posts then people would get angry.

your better off bumping all the popular threads (favourite character, kart, item, etc.) and hope for it to spark some discussion up.

a site war would be awesome, but there are only few forums that could actually compete (we would need a decent sized forum + it has to be active)


MKW gyms? defeat sages at a specific course and you earn yourself an award?
people love awards, so it might work
