I just raced someone not 20 mins ago with 9999VR and 3 Stars. I dont remember his exact name but it was something like IllBetYaDaT. And check this out I actually beat him on my best stage, which might of been his too, he kept picking it over and over again. Dont get the wrong idea though, we raced 4 times and that was the only time i beat him. If you are here please email me your FC i would love to give you a rematch, i have nothing but the utmost respect for you and any one who EARNS a VR of 9999

I've raced people with 9999 VR, they were insanely good... I had no chance against them. xD

When do you max out? I thought it wass 9999 but obviously not.

9999 is the limit. People hack and they can have like, 35000 VR.
