Hmmm..... since I don't have Lugia anymore (I was forced to give the only one I had in my Diamond game away because someone really wanted it), I guess I'll go for it. It is my favorite Legendary Poke after all. Anyway, I have two Kyorgres (LV 100 and LV 94) I want to hold on to my lv 100 Kyogre, so I guess I can give you my lv 94 Kyogre for the purified Lugia.

Bliz can you EV train a pokemon for me later

theron can you tell me the IV's because it is imposible for it to have that much.

Edit if you have a pokemon from my whant list espeally lotad I will give you the lugia.

tbh, I don't know anything about IV's and EV's, but I do have a Lotad I can give you though.
