my clauses:
-species clause

no more than one pokémon of the same species per team.
If i has a different pokédex number, it's a different species.
ie. you may use both Raichu and Pikachu on the same team, however you may not use two Raichu.
Additionally, you may not use Deoxys-F and Deoxys-L on the same team since they share the same pokédex number.

-no hax/hacked items clause

no items that are unobtainable or items that are based on chance.
unobtainable items include Rowap Berry, Jaboca Berry, etc.
chance items include Quick Claw, Razor Claw, Lansat Berry, Scope Lens, etc.

-set-damage clause

no moves that deal a set amount of damage; this includes One-Hit Knock Out moves.
ie. Guillotine, Sheer Cold, Fissure, Seismic Toss, Super Fang, Dragon Rage, Sonic Boom, etc.

-evasion clause

no moves that increase evasion; this includes Acupressure along with the normal Double Team and Minimize

-sleep/freeze clause

neither player may intentionally put more than one of the opponent's pokémon to sleep at the same time.
pokémon that use Rest do not count towards this total.
however, pokémon that fall asleep due to Effect Spore or that are frozen by Ice Beam, Tri-Attack, etc. will trigger this clause.
until such a pokémon has woken up or has become unthawed, a player may use a sleep-inducing move on their opponent (Hypnosis, Grass Whistle, Sing, etc.), but he or she may still use Ice Beam, Tri-Attack and enjoy the benefits of Effect Spore Ability as the effects are luck-based and therefore unintentional.

clauses are negotiable.
and any confusion about them, just ask.
