Have you never heard of sleep clause?
Only 1 pokemon at a time may be asleep.
The Pokemon League follows these rules

I haven't been on here in a while an I'm itching for a battle...I guess 6 on 6. But I don't know anything about rules. I just want a nice standard battle with no hacks or cheats. Just a fair, friendly match.
