Graphic type: Sig and Avatar

Text: No text on the avy, just scan lines and a border. On the sig, I'd like the same
scan lines and border, but with the word "temperance" somewhere.

Font: Nothing too grungy, more like a calm font.

Dimensions: Standard is fine.

Additional Information: For the sig pic, it's to be animated. I know there are a lot of images, but here's how it goes:
1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8
etc...
The last line only has three images. I'm aware of that.
