Rules for Members in DSigner Shops

Some of the Dsigners want some rules before you guys start requesting some of their work (***remember, what they're doing isn't easy on any standards and requires some effort). Also, please view the first post in every shop to see each Dsigners requirement for members. If you don't fill these, the Wiipals Dsigners may decline your request.

Req Edit: Also.. A DSigner can DECLINE your request for ANY reason.

These shops are not open too:

-those who don't meet requirement
~(remember different DSigners have different requirements)
-those who go to multiple shops and requests
-those who use a signatures/avatars or other DSigners graphics for a few days and swap.
-those who request and don't even use the graphics
