My first rendered image

i was hopin you guys coud ive me some feedback on this one
i rendered it with photoshop using paths (looks very similuar to GIMP)



and i know there are some things at his skirt that seem odd buth the complete background was dark so it was hard to do

You have a natural skill. That is brilliant. Altough I don't like anime I will definetely be suing this render for a sig. Such a clean render, seriously, great job!

As you said, some things on his skirt looks weird. But only on the left side. And if the background was completely black, then it was superbly done!
Really nice cut!

Um as far as i'm concerned I only see the dude with the freakishly long sword. I see no background. Maybe it's my computer but I doubt it.

Yeah, the whole point of rendering something is to get rid of the original background around it.
