If there's another thread like this, I'm sorry for my stupidity. I tried searching, and couldn't find anything.

Are there any good multiplayer shooting games out there that are not Call of Duty: World at War? And when I say multiplayer, I mean a game that I can play with my friends on the same TV with the same Wii, not online multiplayer only. Or is Call of Duty: World at War the only one?

well sadly, the only other choice that comes to my mind for what you want is
Red Steel.Which i personally dont enjoy much,due to the lacking physics and outdated graphics(and the bad controls).
Your other choice is Medal of Honor Vanguard, split screen, netplay or Lan play(wii connects to a nearby wii wirlessly).But the graphics are a bit on the disgusting side.
Quantum of Solace provides some local multiplayer but not sure if its split or lan.Graphically not up to WAW but better than the previous choices.Gameplay wise MOHV is superior to the other options.
So right now those are your choices.The conduit comes in may but it uses a demanding WII engine so i doubt it will hold up to split screen.

Thanks for the answer. I tried searching and I couldn't find anything. I ended up renting Red Steel. I'll look into Medal of Honor. Thanks again!

Try any COD, MOH and all the Halo games. Im awesome at Halo.

House of the Dead and Resident Evil UC are great point and shot (lightgun ish) games. They are addicting, and House of the Dead is coming out with a new and improved one.

But again, it's on rails...not sure if thats what you're looking for.

Like Richard said Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles is an awesome multiplayer game. It gives you that arcade feel for it and its lots of fun when you play co op. Same with House of the Dead.

Actually I think they changed it to May and it's confirmed to have friend codes. You will also need friend codes to speak to people. So you can't speak to random people only your friends. Kinda lame but I can deal with it.

And medal of honor heroes 2 doesn't hve split screen just campaign and online.
