I think that the Wiispeak will be released seperatly near or alongside Animal Crossing:City Folk. I think that's what they did with the Wii Wheel.

Actually the WiiSpeak is being sold seperately from Animal Crossing: City Folk, but will be available at the time of AC's release.
So answer? WiiSpeak will be released around the time, if not the same date as AC's release date, November 16th. Question Answered. THREAD CLOSED.
