falling fighting ridley grandraya (man that music)..er guiding the pod to d seed..not a boss but going hyper blastin them rocked and almost wet my pants tring to weild all curcuit boards in time!...got d game a week ago havent beaten it though...

Too many great battles there...but the most epic is all Dark Samus battles.
Honorable mention to Ghor - that music set the tone real good.
Mother Brain was real memorable on the first metroid.

I'd go with the Metroid Prime 3 boss Rundas,
I guess just cuz of his battle theme music.
