Sorry i havnt done some in a while, My wii be taken away from me so has alot of other stuff but with ness competiton in like a few hours it was time 2 post once again. So enjoy reading ANGEL REVIEW CHRONICALS PART 1 WITH MY REVIEW ON DRAGONBALL ZETO SPARKING METEOR

OPEINING VIDEO REVIEW

Anyone who played all the DBZ games on all platforms know that it has the best anime cutscene intros, which i would like to thank bandai and atari for. Sparking metor no different, Unlike like Just normal DBZ Budokai, Sparking Meteo Entry is high past 3d action containg funny and intense moments. If i would rate its intro i would give it a 7/10 because i stil prefer cartoony entreues and Budokai 2 wins that hands down. However in music for the entry i would give Sparking Meteor a 10 out of 10 because its soundtrack rocks and is defo by the far the best intro music for any DBZ game released.

Like Goku and is super sayiajin levels each dragonball z game has improved and become more intense. The newest Draginball Z Game 2 hit store is Dragonball Z Sparking Meteor.

INTRO

Budokai Tenkaichi 3 consist of over 130 fighters to choose from, the largest character roster in any DragonBall Z game. It contains all characters from the previous game and more but the big features is the Dragonball Gt Roster that it has. Besides Dragonball Final Bought for ps1 GT charcters have never been put inside a game so fans of the DBZ franchize are really impressed.

CHARACTER ROASTER

Dragonball Z Sparking Meteor Features the largest character roster for any Dragonball Z game to date. It has over 130 fighters to choose from including, Sayins, Robots, Androids, Aailens, Humans and many more.

The follwoing Video Shows all Charcters within the game so Enjoy.

One of the most anticpated character is Future Gohan.

Future Gohan makes his debut in Sparking metero with his own custom move list and the first DBZ game to feature his android Sayian Overdrive Combo. He is a defo must fighter to use for DBZ fans and is one of the best to use.

Confirmed New Characters
Its also going to feature new fighters exclusive to the 3 series.
* King Vegeta (Base,[11] Great Ape King Vegeta[11])
* King Cold[11]
* Nail[11]
* Goku (Early)[11]
* Goku (Mid) (Base,[13] SS[13])
* Piccolo (Early)[11]
* Babidi[12]
* Spopovich[12]
* Future Gohan (Base, SS)
* Goku (GT) (Base, SS, SS3, SS41)
* Nuova Shenron
* Dr. Wheelo[10]
* Fasha (Base,[10] Great Ape Fasha[10])

CONTROLS

When playing this game there are sveral control options to choose from. You can either use Classic Controler, a Gamebube Controler or the Wiimote and Numchuk.

My personal recomends is that you use the classic controler. Using the wiimote set is good since you can fight by acting put your characters favourite move however if you want intense action and would like to perform the advance moveset i reccomend using the classic controler.

GAME MODES

The game has modes. These are:
Story Mode
Vs Mode
Training Mode
Tournamnet Mode
Wifi Battle - Exclusive to the Wii Only
Z Evolution
Options Mode
Battle Replay mode
and Z Gallery Mode.

Story Mode has really been upped and improved from all the previous DBZ Games. Unlike other you actually can trigger when you want to continue with the story as your fighting by pressing down and the R button. As your fighting you can also change the story for example instead of killing freeza and Supersayin Goku you cna kill him as normal Goku. If you do this and win you get bonas points which i think is really cool.

Vs Mode allows you to comeote against a friend. In this mode you can also do tag battle or 5 on 5 which i think is pretty cool. Fighting against your friends will proove to be difficult because depending on the arena you battle in anything can happen. If ypur a sayian and fight under the moonlight, u can enable to transform in a giant ozru ape which will give you a great adavange.

Training Mode allows you to learn loads of new techniques and perfect your Z fighting style.

In Tournment Mode you compete against different z fighter in various locations trying to earn money so you can purchase new skills in the shop. Unlike otehr DBZ games Sparking Meteor is teh first DBZ game to feature the tournamnet location where gohan defeated Bojak.

One of the most aniticoated modes featured to the wii only is Wifi Mode. Wifi mode allows you to battle against other players around the world or close friends using the Fc system. I wont lie to you guys when i did wifi mode it lagged really bad, but i think its becasue they live in Japan and i dnt so teh distance is really far, but hopefuly in the USA and UK release it would have improved.

Battle Replay Mode, players can now capture all of their favourite fights and watch them again later on. There are also several camera angles you can use to swap views of the battle.

Z Evolution Mode allows you to improve characters stats and attributes such as speed, attack, defence ect. If your familar with otehr DBZ games you also know that in Z evoloution mode you can also combine capusles to make new ones and hiddin features in the game.

Option Mode allows you to configure various settings in the game.

In Z gallery mode you can view each fighters background history and learn about their special past events and hidden moves. Its bacially a DBZ bible lol.

New gameplay elements

Several new features have been added to Dragonball Z sparking meteor. These include:

Blast Combo - Players can now kick their opponent into the air and attack them again by quickly teleporting behind them. This was included in past DBZ games but now it is much more intese and DBZ realistic.

Sonic Sway - This technique simply allows the player to evade the opponents attacks. Since it takes longer for the attacker to get back into their fighting stance than it does the player dodging the attacks, the attacker is left with an open defense.

From the above picture you can see goku evading vegeta.

The one evading can then quickly counter-attack their opponent. However, this feature only applies to physical attacks aimed for the upper part of the body; if the opponent aims for the player's legs, for example, they cannot evade the attacks.

Z-Counter - The ability to counter attacks by teleporting behind the enemy. This is a technique seen in the series many times.

The Wii version no longer uses the sensor bar. The game instead will use gestures and will provide a little animation at the bottom left corner of the screen to demonstrate how to perform techniques.

Z-Burst Dash - An enhanced version of the dash attack from the previous game, this time the player can zig-zag to dodge attacks or surprise the enemy.

A new Z-Point system replaces the leveling system from Tenkaichi The more Z-Points a character has, the more Z-items can be equipped so thry can perform more special like blast attactks.

SOUNDTRACK

Dragonball Z Sparking Metor Soundtrack is definatly the best DBZ soundtarck to date. It has all music from teh movies and series including the famous " Dan Dan" "Call teh Dragon" and many more. It really makes battleing much more fun.

FUN FACTOR

This game is by far the funnest DBZ game 2 play known 2 date. using the wiimote makes it even more fun cause players get to actuallt pretend like there doing a kamehameha to actually do the move so no problem here. |Il give it a 9 out of 10.

OVERAL RATING

Ovearl this is definalt the ebst fighting game out there on the wii platform. It features a huge amount of characters to choose from and the challenged is endless. With wifi mode included players can always improve there skill to the next level and beyond. The special affects are good and people will really think there in the DBZ universe. Since im a hardcvore dbz fan its no brainer i would give this game an 9 out of 10, The only reason why it doesnt get 10 is becasue wifi mode lags a lot but hopefully in the UK and USA realse this will be fixed. I hope u enjoyed reading this and stay tuned for
