WII FIT REVIEW (AT 11:00 AT NIGHT!)

GAME (IN GENERAL)

The point of the game is to get you off you but in a single player exercising adventure. They want you to loose weight and feel good about it in the comfortable environment, your home. The first it will do is find your body weight, Body Mass Index and you Wii Fit Age. Depending on your Wii Fit Age depends on how active your lifestyle is and how old you already are. For instance if you are 13 and you register in Wii Fit as 31 then you are extremly out of shape. If your Wii Fit Age is 1-3 years ahead then you have a very active Lifestyle. Finally your Body Mass Index or BMI will be registered into the system. There are four categories, Underweight, Normal, Overweight, or Obese. If you have anything over 23 BMI you are obese. Not that that's bad or anything because about one hour or exercise on this game is enough to burn about three pounds (if you do Aerobics the whole times.)

GRAPHICS

The graphics in this game coud be better but they are pretty good. The graphics are like the Mii Plaza kind of, except all the graphs and weight charts and everything. You get to pick your own trainer eventually (as you've probably seen in the Nintendo Channel (if you have it)). You have the choice of a guy or girl trainer. Both of them have the exact same job, helping you become more physically fit. They will each guide you through a number of strength and Yoga poses. They will give you step by step instructions on how to do that pose or exercise. Even though their lips don't move when they talk it is still nice to have someone right there beside you helping you get your daily excercise. I have to say though the graphics could be alot better in the sence of characters and stuff.

SOUND

The sound is actually really good for a simple fitness game. You can hear other miis doing excercises near you is is actually kind of cool. In the sence of actual sound, maybe when you are doing balance games (which I will get into later) maybe when you wipe out or fall your Mii could make a sound of grunting or maybe yell or something . Other than that the sound is really good. The surrond sound of the game is really cool too. You can hear alot of things around you(see top of article.)

REPLAY VALUE

I would have to say the replay value for this game is actually really good. If you want to become strong and physically fit than this is the way to go. Other exercises outside of the game get boring after a while, but not in here. You run the same track every time you do a jogging game and everytime you do it ther are new Miis there. They will even use Miis from you Mii Parade and put them in there so the jogging never gets boring. With the balance board bundled with it the game is just an endless game of fun and excitment.

VALUE

The Value of this game is really good. It is definitely worth the $80.00 you pay for it. The Wii Balance Board is just so cool and fun to use it is just awesome to keep playing with it and keep wondering how Nintendo did it.

INTRO

In the Introduction to the game you are introduced to an animated Balance Board who says hi and stuff to you and tells you cool fitness tips. he/she will ask you to a bidy test for your first day(see Game(in general) and tell you to set a goal for yourself and how long you want that goal to go on for. When you set your goal you can go off on your own and train and exercise. The really cool thing is you have a a passcode to access your character. You have to choose a 4-digit number (cellphone voicemail passcode reccomended) and you have to remember this to access your character. When you get your first Body Test(see GAME(in general)) and you get your BMI whether your UW,N,OW,O your Mii will get fatter of skinnier with you change in BMI. As you start to lose weight and BMI your Mii will start to get skinnier with you.

THE GRAPHS

What you see after the Body Test and Introduction. There will be a huge line graph above your Mii displaying you change in BMI for the whole world to see. I mean really it is huge. It is a line graph diplaying your change in weight and BMI as you play the game. Each different day you play the game, the game records how much you played each activity. Each time you take a Body Test (reccommended everyday) your graphs will change (unless you stay exactly the same.

THE GAME CATEGORIES

AEROBICS

To help you burn more body fat in less time this category was made to keep you off the couch and on your feet. With a variety of games from Hula Hoop to Boxing to running distances this category was made for one reason, burn body fat QUICK.
Aerobic Games: Basic Run: you run for certain distances. There are three distances. Short: about 1/4 of a mile, Long: about 1/2 of a mile, Island Map: 1 mile.

2P run: You run with a friend or family member.
Free Run: You run for 10 minutes straight to see how far you get.
Boxing: You step on and off the Balance Board a puch with the Wiimote and Nuchuk.
Hula Hoop: You play Hula Hoop and see how many spins you can get
Super Hula Hoop: Same thing except this time you go from right to left.

Step game: You step up and down in sync with the Miis around you.

Balance Games: Soccer Heading: You have to lean to the left right and the middle to block the soccer balls and avoid the cleats
Ski: Skiing down a hill and jumoing off a ramp. (you need a good Center of Balance to play this)
Snowboarding: Trying to make sharp turns without falling over.

Yoga & Strength Poses: I am not naming all of these because there are about twenty but they all have to same concept. You are trying to hold the pose while keeps ing your center of balance with the yellow circle or blue area.

FIT CREDITS

Fit Credits are minutes you play a day. The more you get the more games and poses you unlock. The reccommended time for a day is about an hour. The piggy bank adds up all your Fit Credits and you get rewards (games) for this.

FINALLY THE BALANCE BOARD
(NOT RECCOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN 10 AND YOUNGER)

With the ultamite sencor technology the Wii Balancne Board can detect even the slightest movement. It finds you weight and BMI (See GAME(in general)) but it can be used in other games too. By detecting the weight of you one side of your bidy it can miraculously tell when you are on and off the wii board whether it's a penny to a feather it will find it. It is used in almost all of the exercises and games. It will usually need some time (about 3 seconds) to prepare itself for you. When it does you step on and it immediatly tells you how you should stand on the board. When it get your COB it will start the game. That's pretty much it for the Wii Fit game for me.

MY OPINION

I really like this game. it is fun and very effective. I played for one day and loat three pounds so you know it's gonna work for you. Hope you like the game.

Not a bad review, though a lot of grammatical mistakes and spelling errors. Still, gave a sound opinion that does give me a decent idea of what the game is all about.

The reason I have so many mistakes is because I was writing it at 11:00 at night (where I live)

Excellent review Count Beck. Very pleasing to the eye for starters. Perfect amount of pictures, color, video, etc....

Covered not just the balance board itself but the games that come with it. Gave a good sense of what to expect with a touch of your opinion.. exactly what a review is supposed to do.

Doc, Yoshii... look out for this guy.
