Buy an AR, then it takes around only 15 - 25 steps.

IVs range from 0 - 31 and are for each stat. They're randomly generated when you get given the egg (or when you catch a wild pokemon). Obviously the perfect Pokemon would have 31 IVs in each stat.

What I was wondering was what the chance of getting a decent one was ... Seems to never have more then 2 or 3 decent IVs.

well oddly enough.. my entire team that jon and work have fought.. almost has 31 IVs in each set minus onix >.>

And i've done more than 5k steps...

some pokemon have more than 5,000 for steps btw.

It can be anwhere from like, 2,000 to 10,000

Having a pokemon with the flame body ability halfs the amount of steps it takes to hatch an egg btw

on average my eggs been about 5k i think unfortunately. i didnt realize the flame body made eggs hatch quicker o.O does magmar have that ability xD?
