I love them both. I like how the Zelda timeline forks so that it has 2 stories to continue from.

got used to it like 5 minutes into the game, its really nice and I have always liked nintendo for their cartoonish type games while the others had movie realistic games ( not really into that)
besides have u really stopped and looked at the game while your playing it??? the expression on links face?? the details man its great!!

great point here, I agree, link's face is priceless at times!

personally i loved windwaker, the cell shaded design was a perfect fit (again in my opinion)

I got a question... If the game is the sequel, then where is his Master Sword? Cell shaded Link would be better!

You sir, have no taste in artwork. Not to mention that you have no basis for any argument. Cell-shaded link does have a childish aspect, however he is more than just a "stupid little kid who should burn in hell." The childish aspect, along with clever animation gives him a unique personality away from that of his more realistic counterpart. Not to mention he had the second or third best Legend of Zelda game, Wind Waker.

Correction you noob, he had THE best Zelda game, Wind Waker. Cell-shaded link is definitely cool, but TP link is also. I would have to pick Cell-shaded though. It brings a new look at the classic link, and most importantly it is original. Not many games have cell-shaded characters in them. I think you have to take into account how hard it is to cell-shade, and appreciate it for that reason also.

While I do like the Cel shaded Link, I would prefer a more seriously detailed Link.

Don't get me wrong...

There is nothing wrong with toon link, but a detailed, more realistic younk Link would be awesome. I see toon Link enough already, between SSBB and WW.

So...

I choose a more detailed Link.

It would have been really interesting to see Wind Waker in non-cel shaded format, but I'm pretty sure the game wouldn't have been as good as it is now. I personally believe that the cel-shaded version of Link brings out a side of Link that we've been losing for a while: with "dark" games like Twilight Princess I'm glad to see Nintendo still keeps cel-shaded Link (Toon Link) in games like the new Sprit Tracks game (which will be awesome!).
