Seriously, how many times has Zelda been captured, turned into stone or possessed by some evil person? Honestly, if i was Link I would've given up on her sorry ass by now gees. You know what I want some people to come up with the funniest ways someone can capture Zelda. Okay I got one this one would actually be a challenge for her. Okay put a piece of the triforce under a cardboard box and hold it up with a stick and when Zelda gets underneath the box pull the stick away. There. Mwahahahaha now Link has to come and get her mwahahahah.

I think the only reason why link keeps saving her is that he gets to hit that every night. Wow, Link! You're such a perv!

even that in every game that has a princess in it like zelda and mario the princess always gets captured maybe link and mario hang out every time and complain how they they always have to resuce their hoes/ princess maybe peach and zelda just are getting it on with the bad guys

You have to keep in mind that it's not the same Link for every game. This has been talked about and confirmed.

I actually seriously thought about this when Wind Waker came out. In that one, he starts out only trying to save his sister and gets pulled into this huge battle for the world.

It made me think of that South Park episode, where the boys have their Okama GameSphere stolen and each of the factions that take it keep trying to explain to the boys what the other faction is up to:

Faction: "You see, boys, the government created towelie to blah, blah, blah, blah..."

Boys: "Don't care, don't care, don't care. Just want our Okama Gamesphere back."

That's kind of the way I think Link felt in WindWaker:

King of the Red Lions: "You see, Link, Ganondorf is taking over so he can raise Hyrule and be ruler..."

Link: "Don't care, don't care, don't care. Just want my sister back."

Seriously. Poor Link.

No, especially since each almost every depiction of Link is a different person from all the others. Each one has different experiences and most certainly don't remember things their previous incarnations did. If anything it would be Ganondorf, tired of kidnapping Zelda's butt.
