Took me about a week. 1-2 hours of gameplay a day should finish the storymode. it's not one of the most challenging Zelda games. Most of the puzzles were extremely easy to figure out considering all the overly-helpful hints they give you. The only thing challenging about it is the Ocean King's temple. o_o

Plus, the time between completing each dungeon was short, and most dungeons had so many shortcuts and so little floors it almost took no time at all to complete.

I can't remember correctly but I think it was like 1-2 weeks.

3 Days couple hours every day. This game has to be the easiest of all the sequels.

OoT took me half a year....

I beat it in about 2 weeks I think. But that's mainly because I rented it so I wouldn't be bored in Disney and I was preoccupied alot.
