What is the highest amount of hits you got on the "hero" on the boat in the north-west sea with the pitchfork and green link cloths? Mine was about 1456 i lost count so I let him kill me but it maxes out counting at 999.

mine was 675 but then i didnt give a damn cos the last time i did it i got a dumb prize......................a seapony cannon sells for.......................50 rupees im rich

My highest amount of hits is 101 after that i never went to him again except to do the trade sequence.

I haven't tried to get a high amount of hits - only what was necessary :P then I just avoided his ship after I completed the trading game.
