just use an old dried up pen, they work just as well. lukily for more me i need not worry about losing my stylus or not finishing. it would suck somewhat for someone on their first game though

One of my friends broke one and then she broke her spare one so she had to use a pencil as the stylus. The screen looked terrible after a little while! She wasn't actually playing LoZ PH, though.

Me, I don't loose my stylus's, i wear them down. But the very first stylus I had got ruined because i bit off the little nod that held it in the DS. At the time i had no idea I needed it. If you had to, you could use almost anything to use a "stylus" as long as it was small enough.

You could just press the "pause" button and get another stylus from your room but I see what your saying. Anyway.....
