ya um some tracks are really impossible to do this, cause i used to backwards race in one place never tried other thracks is there a way to make backwards racing easier on other tracks?

nope, some tracks are just impossible.
Other Tracks require you to use the normal racing route instead of using ShortCuts

been trying shortcuts i'll try normal, thanks and is it true there is a shortcut in rainbow road?

Drive backwards using the B button.
at the start of the match, you have to turn 180 degrees, then hold B to drive backwards
