kinda sad if someone does this for a skill to me, but it proves that you mostly get better items when you loosing and to be honest there is no pro to mastering this because anyone can do it

Yes, and this is why I hate the items concept in the Mario Kart series. People depend on them too much, or use them to ruin other peoples' fun. Hacks also contribute largely to this.
