drift boost?

one of the missions says do like 3 of them around turns. i was wondering what those where and how to do them.

A "mini-turbo" is turning while pressing (<-) and (->) repetitively.
You will at first see Blue Sparks, then Red. Red means that you can now let go of the drift, and that counts as one mini-turbo.

To do that mission you need to do 3, with in the time limit.
Your time, decides the rank you get.

Drift boost?, Do you mean powersliding?, yeah its basically the same thing.

You go into a drift, and you press left then right in succession until you see red sparks. Then you release the R button and you get a small boost. That is the drift boost, or powersliding. For the mission you do it 3 times.
