Yeah, I have beaten it. It wasn't all that hard either. And if by the whole game, do you mean the missions as well? because I have done those too. Ladyhood, please don't post here XD

I've beaten the entire game, unlocked all staff ghost, beaten all missions, and gotten star rankings on all cups

By everyone beating the whole game, I assume that they got 3-star rankings on all missions and beat the staff ghosts. All of which, are easy.
