He is on the Palm trees you have to sneak up on them.

I finally started my new file on WW after putting it down for over a year!
After my first sitting, a few hours, I had landed myself 18 fish (including shark and hammerhead shark) and 11 bugs and put them in the museum.

And I find myself still using these guides =)

Wow so many fish and bugs, ive only ever caught the basic fish & bugs, ive caught a butterfly for about 3,000 and today i caught a dragonfly i hadnt got before
