So Ive been seeing him pretty regularly in The Roost, talking to him as much as I can. Does anything happen after talking to him for a long time? Sometimes I think he is close to playing me a tune or something, but then he doesnt. Is he, like most of the others, just going to keep repeating the same phrases forever?

Well I think he just talks more and more to you the more you talk to him. He goes from ... to actually talking to you.

Some phrases he says may differ due to gender.

I think, like with Sabel, the more you talk to him, the more he gets to know you, and he will become more comfortable around you and start talking to you more and more. Whenever I used to talk to Sabel, it was normally just '...' or she'd just say a few words, but now she talks to me a lot more.
