It appears that the woman blamed for Kurt Cobain's uncomfortable appearance in Guitar Hero 5 wasn't so keen on the idea after all. Courtney Love, ex lover of Cobain, wrote on her Twitter page that she is planning on suing Activision:

“For the record this Guitar Hero [expletive] is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction," she tweeted. “WE are going to sue the [expletive] out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises.”

This probably stems from Cobain singing songs by other licensed artists in the Guitar Hero 5 game, something that in no way seems like something he would want to be a part of, if alive today. We can't wait to see what happens with this one.

Kurt Cobain wouldn't be in this video game at all if he were alive today. Courtney Love is just angry at all the hate she's been getting from Cobain fans, so she's trying to win everyone over by acting like she was screwed over by Activision.

It's her fault in the first place, why exactly would Kurt ever wanna be a part of anything mainstream? He killed himself because of it. What a terrible excuse.

Courtney is just a dumb slut. I'm a Nirvana fan, and I have no problem with him being in the game. People, her included, need to realize this doesn't really matter at all. It's just a GHero game.
