We had one of these in the past, but it became inactive, so I'll revive it, with a few touches I'll keep this one updated as best I can. Rock Band DLC updates every tuesday, Guitar Hero every Thursday.

Since there are WAY to many songs to post here, I'll refer you to here, where you can see all the avalible tracks as of now. I will be posting the updates from every update starting September 15, 2009 (the next update.)

Yes, still 200 wii points.
Some are free though, of course.

Any GH5 DLC are free? As i can only connect 2 that on sunday as my connection laggs =P

So far, there is no free DLC for Guitar Hero 5. However, any of the free songs from World Tour are compatible with GH5.

To be honest, I'm not quite sure, because I don't have Guitar Hero 5 yet; but this is what Wikipedia said:

Quote: The transfer process requires the player to enter a unique code from the World Tour or Smash Hits manual to access the ability to redownload all available songs as a pack (on the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3) or individual songs (on the Wii) that have been updated to include the new features.

So I guess that answers your question about re-downloading them. As for the special offer, I'm not sure what that is, but it might be the ability to download 35 songs from World Tour and 21 songs from Smash hit for a certain price.
