wii games are too kiddy for adult gamers!

Look..in this console round this is the first one, as my freind put it, that you must own the Wii and another console to get the full experience. I love my Wii its great for the kids and has some games that I can enjoy too. I do not have as much time to play as I used to so gaming is not what I do all day. However I can see where some of you are upset over this and I must agree with you in some ways. Just be patient because even though E3 was total crap from Nintendo, thier are some great games gonna be relesed before December. If you don't like your Wii anymore that trade it in for something else, enjoying gaming is what playing video games is all about. And I have lots of fun on my Wii every day

I agree with FrankForce there are more games Adults can enjoy coming for wii if you don't have ps3/xbox360 I have them both.
Dead Rising is coming soon as is Red Steel I'm not sure if anyone likes it.
But I have to agree with every word frankforce said.

Well I can agree, but there's got to be a console that is kid-friendly. I mean, if the Wii wasn't kid-friendly, then what is there for kids to play? They can't play the 360 or PS3, because those aren't meant for them, so at least one of the 3 consoles have to appeal to kids...

i cant wait for the conduit........ hopefully it will be a great game for core gamers other than the mariokart galaxy docter rpg 1234 worlds.....still think metroid and zelda is the only games worth buying on the wii... nothing else is any good... just got force unleased though.... suprisingly it was pretty good but still was thrown together.... u can tell what cenima seens were designed for the psp ds and ported over to wii cause you will have a cool graphics seen followed by a seen that looks like something out of the n64 era... especially when you pull down the starship.... it looked completely cheap rehash crapp.....make a game from the groound up already and quit porting over crap to the wii.....krome studios authta get bic slapped for some of the wii seens in swfu... that is all i got to say... untill next time ... game on and stay away from rehashed crapp.... what yall think about the remake of rygar coming in december... i hope itll be good ... i havnt played the ps2 version yet... hope....

Well when you think about it, video games ARE more for kids and teenagers.
And the Wii didn't get kiddier, you got older. You can't expect the Nintendo crew to make games more and more mature as you grow up. You've just grown out of the Nintendo cocoon

Well nintendo set there principals on being "Family friendly". So that might not even change. Thats how they get all that money.

stupid stupid stupid,,, im tired of hearing this crap... yea i know ... but if u followed nintendo sense before the launch of the wii you would have been fed with all the crap everyone else has ... that there will be more mature titles on the wii from more third party developers but nintendo themselfs will continue to make family games... yea yea yea.. but where r the third party mature games.. i mean other than the rehashed last gen crap wit tacked on wii controls... hello... whe got what one game... people come on... where is the goood gaaaaaammmms... ....... on other systems....maybe.

So....good games = M rated?

I dunno, "good" is such a subjective term. I mean, if games like Mario Kart, Super Smash, No More Heroes, etc. don't fit your style and you want to play M rated games like Gears of War and such...then the Wii is not really your system.

I on the other hand actually like the quirky titles like de Blob (good game), Super Smash, and etc. I'm not sure where you live, but I hear Disaster Day of Crisis is doing pretty good, and next month games like Mushroom Men (looks pretty good so far) and Naruto (already out) is looking pretty sweet (if you like those games). The new tales is looking pretty sweet and Star Wars Lightsaber duels is promising to be a tighter and better version of the duel mode from TFU (it should be).

Sonic unleashed and GH4 are also promising to be equal to their counterparts

Then of course there is Madworld and The Conduit.
