wii games are too kiddy for adult gamers!

Nintendo and Microsoft are completely differnet. Xbox offers Halo, while the real moneymaking glory is the mastermind (Miyamoto) behind the Mario and Pokemon franchises. Srry to tell you, but the wii is really just better. Its more innovative, u dont just sit there and own nubz all day (Sony and Microsoft take notice), you have to move around a bit to do that in WiFi games for the wii.

they are very childish and wish they would be more mature games. but this doesn't mean that wii doesn't have great games.
anyways wii (nintendo) is and was aiming for family fun this is a system that everyone plays girls,boys, parents grandparents, you name it and everyone could have that family fun.
put on a playstation 2 and check out if your grandparents would be interested in playing any game for the system.

I didn't read all the way but did any one mention RE4 or No More Heroes which is coming out soon and is Really gory, but looks fun. Nintendo hasn't released to many adult games yet but soon hasn't released to many long good and Microsoft hasn't released to many family friendly ones but they will. It just takes time. oh and, btw, a recent sale tally shows that the Wii is currently out selling the 360 in total.

Exactly. I just don't understand how you expected the Wii to be awash with mature rated games. Nintendo has never been about that. If you're patient, stick with the Wii and the games you want will come eventually. Otherwise sell up and get a 360.

Nintendo does this to differentiate the company from its competitors. its not the wii games that are "childish", all Nintendo consoles have been known to sell the same type of "childish games".

The wii specifically might not have launched as well if all of there games were similar to that of Xbox and Playstation. It would have oversaturated the market since too many consoles have too many of the same type of games.

im not a big fan of gorey games, u obviously for some reason like games like that... i dont get how ppl could like that stuff so much, i mean a little is ok, but seriously you dont need so many gorey games. and plus games like that are coming out anyway, ever heard of the game sadness? im pretty sur itll be an m-game. the new resident evil? im pretty sure about that one too. do u know why nintendo made what you call "kiddy" games is because most of their audience are kids not adults that are obsessed with gorey-violence-nakedpeople-kill-everyone-u-see-games. dont get mad at me, thats just how i see it.

No one is mentioning Manhunt 2 because we want "good" mature games. No one is really dying of excitement for manhunt 2, and for good reasoning: Did u play manhunt1? ....total crap....

Im not even a fan of Halo and i have 2 say that the online play was AMAZING with voice and coop (nintendo take notice) And if nintendo spend a bit more time on story lines in their games which ARE NOT innovative or original! (im talking 2 u Pokemon and Mario)

Instead of fussing try google its your friend. From the begining of October until the end of December there is 90 or 100 games getting released for the Wii (gamefaqs.com has a pretty good list). If your that mad about it just get a 360 and enjoy thier one and only flagship game, halo.
