Wii Sports Resort Preview

Wii Sports Resort has been one of the most anticipated games of this year. It is set to be released this month. The game is a sequel from the very popular Wii Sports. This game will include many more sports than the original Wii Sports which included just 5 sports. Some of the new sports are: Power cruising, Table Tennis, Basketball and Cycling. There will be 12 sports to play all together.

The game will be set on a resort on a sunny island named Wuhu Island which is quite different from the original game which wasn’t set anywhere in particular. The game is said to be fun to play as the wider range of activities means more game time and hopefully a sport to suit every person’s needs. All 12 sports are: Frisbee, Power Cruising, Swordplay, Table Tennis, Golf, Air Sports, Basketball, Archery, Cycling, Bowling, Canoeing and Wakeboarding.

This game is similar to the first Wii Sports because you play as Miis once again and it gives you the chance to compete against your friends and family, however there are a few new features such as the use of the Wii Motion Plus accessory which gives players an improved playing experience and of course the new sports. The game will include when purchased, the Wii Motion Plus device and an extended Wii Remote jacket.

Wii Sports Resort has already been very successful in Japan with a steady flow of sales which is said to last for months and months which means that it probably will be successful here in America, the UK and other countries.

Well, you should try it out for yoursel first, but I can see where you're coming from. I think if it's anything like Wii Sports then it's worth buying.

I would like to argue that this is not one of the most anticipated games of the year. I have to agree with ^^ that playing with friends with swordplay online would be decent. That would be the only reason i would buy this game.

I think it'll be tough to simulate a reasonable version of some of these things but who knows.
