Wow. I just got pwnt by some dude in wi-fi like 2 times in a row. He uses a skill-drain beatdown deck omfg...
Summon a 2800, 3000, 3800 Atk unit in one normal summon. Or i just got a bad draw

Wow, that's bad. Maybe try using cards like bottemless trap hole and divine judgement along with lightning vortex to deal with the guy's monsters, then use S/T destructions (e.g. heavy storm, mystical space typhoon, dust tornado etc,) to deal with skill drain and other cards that may shut you down. And don't forget to add monsters that can be special summoned and have good effects to help, like cyber dragon, gorz, junk synchron, mecha bunny, colossal fighter etc. By the way I duel too, though I usually duel at weekends, that's when I'm free.

Heh, me and my friends actually recently pulled out our old cards and got way back into it. I've got a dragon structured beatdown deck. I usually try and get King Dragun or Blue Eyes Shining Dragon out onto the field. And of course one of my most important cards is Troop Dragon. I love that little guy, especially in a deck alongside Masked Dragon. But of course I don't have any of the games. D:

Rofl...maybe my deck isn't fit to duel this guys beatdown deck or bad draw lol. I can beat Isaac with no sweat though, (Yes the one that you all admire although he occasionally beats the crap outta me. Its either he ************************s someone over very bad, or he loses. Rofl.

Try some of the cards I suggested, they really cut down the opponents major beat-sticks and top spell/trap combos. I used them and they've helped me out of really tight spots and tough opponents.
